OUR TAKE
An API layer plus a client-specific agent channel
Linq documents messaging APIs and an official Claude Code iMessage channel. It can fit a custom application or that particular client workflow, provided the host requirement is respected.
Choose the API or the channel deliberately
The docs describe iMessage, RCS and SMS with events and webhooks. A custom backend can evaluate that surface as an adapter implementation rather than a ready-made CRM app.
The official Claude Code channel has its own host version, pairing and runtime setup. Keep those requirements visible when comparing it with hosted MCP endpoints.
Keep the platform quote separate
The general Linq app price does not establish Partner API pricing. Request the production number, access and commercial terms required by the integration.
Evaluate incoming messages, replies and operator ownership on the actual account. A client plugin demonstration is useful evidence of a setup path, not a full production acceptance test.
The decision in one sentence
Choose this route only after the setup surface, data mapping and operating owner match your specific integration.
