OUR TAKE
A business API with several clearly different connection paths
Miss Blue is our featured integration option for a dedicated messaging line, a documented MCP interface and a beta GoHighLevel connection. Its other app guides describe workflows that may require custom backend or webhook work.
Separate the beta channel from the recipes
The GoHighLevel guide labels the connection beta and documents opt-in, location binding and new direct-message sync. Existing history and group conversations are outside that import scope.
HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n and other integration pages describe record mapping and API-based workflow patterns. Read the actual setup surface before treating these as native marketplace apps.
Map a record to a real conversation
An adapter should retain business-record ID, contact identity, line and provider thread ID. That gives a reply a stable destination even if a CRM display name changes.
The MCP interface supplies project-scoped tools. A client still needs an approval and authorization policy; exposing the send tool is not the same thing as granting a customer message authority to invoke it.
Make ownership survive the connection
A support or CRM connection needs to preserve who answers next. Choose one system of record for the next action and write back only the operational state teammates need.
Miss Blue’s own guides discuss these responsibilities, but Connection Map has not installed every recipe or benchmarked the integrations. Use the linked primary pages to validate your exact account.
The decision in one sentence
Choose this route only after the setup surface, data mapping and operating owner match your specific integration.
